Future Subaru Technician | Regional Recruitment Program

Future Subaru Technician is a recruitment initiative run by Subaru of America’s Regional Parts & Service Division. Our goal is to support local Subaru retailers or dealerships to find and hire automotive technicians of all skill levels. This program is endorsed by and affiliated with Subaru of America. However, the hiring process is managed by the individual retailers, which are privately owned. Each retailer may offer different compensation ranges and benefits, which are not dictated by Subaru of America. Since 2020, we have reviewed thousands of technician applications which have led to hundreds of successful hires across the country.
